How bad is my eye area?

how bad is my eye area and what can i do to make it better? I have the means to do medial canthus cutting would i benefit from that because i know my pfl isnt really long

if you have it just squint on photos to fraud irl is not noticable nobody will notice 0.5mm eyelid drop
