how bad is my eye area ?

i have a bit of ptosis and nct, makes my eyes looks tired h24





when i squint



sometimes i legit look like a zombie



is it worth doing canthoplasty and taking the risk of having an eye area that looks fake ? im ready to do the surgery but i feel like good cantho results are fucking rare on male

if i can do that that with my finger:




surely a surgeon can do it right ? what could go wrong ?
