I wouldn't say it's fixable naturally. Most methods that claim to make such big changes are bullshit copes. I wouldn't get your hopes up. For now stick to softmaxxing, you can still make yourself look much better through various natural methods. Then once you've fully softmaxxed, you can decide on whether you want to take it further, or if you are satisfied.
