For softmaxes i would recommend adding some dimorphism with eyebrow coloring and getting some glow/collagen in your skin going as it is hard to fix after 25. Spamming Gym will also add to the mix and might amplify the rest

Dietary collagen will not do much on its own. Tretinol and Isotretinol are far better options. GHK-Cu works too is more gentle on the skin but takes longer. Avoid UV light and moisturize. Laser treatment will help if scars remain but don´t rush it
