It’s terrible ur maxilla is recessed asf it looks like u got slapped hard in the face when u were young or something giving u that pancake look

he mandible looks alright so it’s just the maxilla probably the nose too but lefort would fix that to some extent ig I’ll need to see ur front to determine more flaws
