Yes you should, your brow ridge isn’t really a problem, your flat maxilla is. But I would say to wait at least a couple of years because you are 16, but you already look very developed so you don’t necessarily need to wait all the way till 25.

Implants are okay for rn if you really want them, specially if they are custom
