How bad is prednisone?

I got told it's the only possible cure for tinnitus. How bad are the side effects. I read it decreases testosterone short term, but i'll do anything to have my hearing back.

yes. its fucking nothing. i have fluttering in my right ear from sudden loud noises which is 100x worse. just woke up with it one day and stuck with me.
