How Bad Is Sugar From Fruits?

I understand fruits are healthy and tasty indeed!

The thing is, fruits were meant to be the natural sugar we consume, wouldn't consuming too much of it be bad just as sugar from slop?

absolutely not.

in nature, when humans found fruit trees they would be eating 100s of grams of carbs in one sitting.

The sugar in fruit is much different, no added toxins, nutrinets to slow absorption, and NATURAL. do not fear fruit

still bad in large amounts obviously. probably good in small amounts since the food matrix helps prevent a large rise in blood sugar and there are other valuable nutrients. Also natural fruits would not be as large or sugary as they are now after being cultivated. Virtually nobody was eating 100s of grams of carbs in fruits. There is no case in which 100+ grams of fructose is a good thing. “Natural” or not.

Is there any fruit you recommend more than others?
Absolutely.

I recommend pineapple, kiwi, mango, even oranges, preferably things with a shell.

Recommend staying away from alot of these berries, unless wild, as theyve been heavily sprayed.
