how bad is sugar tbh

i never had acne to begin with, but how bad is sugar really for my skin?

I always ate like shit especially like 1 year ago and at most i got 1 zit and that even was a rarity, but will it give shit like bigger pores or worse collagen?

Just because you don't get acne doesn't mean it's not bad. You might have problems in the future, so just keep it as minimum as possible no reason to follow some stupid hardcore diet.

Ait, thanks man. tbh my diet is already wayy cleaner compared to last year but i basically eat sugar like 2 times a month. Yesterday was the first time in like 3 weeks but i ate like 70g in total jfl

If you feel like your mood and body are gettin' better you're on the right track. Just be careful on every things that are processed, you never know what kind of shit they put in it.

Yeah i usually eat clean whole foods but imo a bit of sugar from time to time isn't that bad there is no reason to obsess over it like an autist
