Im 15 yr and 5,7 and im hmtn with some flaws like bad fat in under eyes not being that lean . I was at the gym with my friend a cupel monthes back and i saw a girl my age that i thought was cute so i aproched he and got rejected. I did not care so much becuse i know that that latina Brown eyed makeup foid was not going to be my wife. But a some time later i hear that a Guy in my class is talking with her. Hes 5,11-5,10 ltn.

It's brutal but at 5'7 it isnt suicidefuel. Height is essentially the best halo there is tbh outside of maybe social status I guess? if you're 5'7 you need to get shoes that add 2in to your height immediately tho and then just focus on improving your face and social status, and physique as well. Also do not train legs as often since if you have tree trunk legs at 5'7 you will look like you're 5'5.

all i can say is, buy 1 inch height foot height extenders then 2 inch height foot extenders and see how much ur life changes when using each one induvidually.

If your mom is 5'8 you will probably be able to get to 5'9 by end of puberty tbh. So yeah stop training legs
