I showed my full side profile on another post, does it look worse when you can see the rest of my face and headIts not that bad i wouldnt even consider surgery if I was you but if your really unhappy get filler
Would it be ok for a 19 year old to get chin filler or would that potentially cause problems for the faceLooks downward grown.
CCW bimax for down growth.
Or you can get a small genioplasty or even just chin filler to correct the recession there - though your chin isn’t really “recessed” as such in relation to your jaw, it’s just at a stupid angle due to the down growth. Would depend on how it harmonises with the rest of your face.
I’d get chin filler for now and save for bimax.
Looks the same to me but use something on your lips they look really dryI showed my full side profile on another post, does it look worse when you can see the rest of my face and head

No why?Disregard my post about chin filler, I just saw this photo and it would clearly be a terrible idea.
Do you have a gummy smile?
Good info, you can check my previous posts to see my full face, sadly I think my entire face has recession idk how bad tho.would have to see your whole face to know how recessed you are, you don't look that recessed to me. Will post what you could do but honestly not sure it would be worth it, your face wouldn't change that much and it would make a marginal/no difference in your dating and professional life
You could get double jaw surgery with CCW which would hopefully allow your lower jaw to move forward without genio or if you don't have a gummy smile you could get straight advancement of the maxilla with lower jaw surgery, you will need a low molar removed to make space for the advancement in this case. Probably, if you want to avoid genio, you would need CCW lefort 1 combined with your molars removed to allow your teeth to move back with orthodontic treatment which would give you enough space to move the mandible forward to match your maxilla
You could also get just lower jaw surgery, take out a molar to make space and see if it gives you enough advancement but this depends on how recessed or downgrown your maxilla is. But again, only reason you would want to move your maxilla if you don't have a gummy smile is if you want more advancement in the lower jaw
finally you can just get genioplasty, this might be your best option, your jaws don't look that recessed only your chin does and it allows you to bypass orthodontic treatment and save time but idk how you look like so not sure
anyways, don't take my word, go talk to a surgeon.
