How bad is the sun if wearing high spf on face and body?

I love being in the sun it lifts my mood like no other
It's lifefueling for me
I want to be outdoors and in the sun the whole day

How bad is this for skin aging if wearing high spf and remembering to reapply often / hourly

Its not great and will do some damage, but if it helps you psychologically then just stay shit hot on reapplication of high factor sunscreen.
