the only realistic way to reverse it is doing the opposite of what caused it. bad eyesight is usually caused by looking at objects too close (like a screen) all day

Just follow the primal diet/lifestyle and don’t strain your eyes, I know that’s not a very good answer but at least according to his framework eyesight decline is largely due to cellular degeneration and toxin/lack of sunlight (he doesn’t recommend sungazing though). I personally have myopia and astigmatism and I only really consume raw dairy (which has helped my skin a lot). There’s not enough good primal diet content on this forum, maybe I should take all my stats beforehand and actually try to follow the diet so I can guinea pig myself to see what changes.
