Just smoke cigarillos or cigarettes and eat food like me rn I am eating rice rn with chicken (not because I’m a gymcel retard motherfucker) . Yeah also drinking water w it. Surprisingly all my acne went away once I started to heavily smoke these past months, there must be a correlation
