I just don't believe i will have long term problems and when i have, i will be old anyway.
So it's better to spend like 20 years happy together and then solve the problems with your implants after if you have it.
(Like replacing, removing and getting some other treatments etc.)



I just don't felt like telling anybody but it's kinda crazy to be that dishonest with someone you loved.

i know but still. i just want to decide surely.
I'll be dishonest, i don't want to be dishonest with my wife but it's not like telling a lie that affects her life etc.

so you mean, i should tell the truth ? is your concerns about being honest or having problems with silicone ?


i mean of course i can have problems sooner but generally implants are not that problematic like you need to change every 5 years etc.

so let's say it took 14 years and then i, somehow, got problems with the implants itself. so i'll need to replace and to replacement, i need to wait for 6 months.
i can lie about it and then get another. i can get fillers and made a lie.

after the age of 50-55, who cares what you look like anyway. it's important for 20-30 and 40s. after than that i can

you know what, i thought at worst i can do that. i was doing boxing for 2 years so i thought i can say i got injured and got fixed it for medical reasons etc.
not like i was lack of confidence so i got implants after lurking incel forums for years LOL

I am conflicted, on one hand I would want to know if my partner had plastic surgery and they were genetic trash, but on the same coin, ugly people have beautiful kids and beautiful people have ugly kids all the time, I'm not sure how much it really matters in all honesty.

I recall reading a study.
There's was actually significant correlation between parents attractiveness and. Children attractiveness.

So it's not as 100% random as you think.

Meeks parents are oldcells here and father a fatcell.
In youth I think both looked probably above average

i'm a high tier normie. it just my lower third, i don't think i will have average children if i marry someone hot because my father&mother also were really good looking when they were young. my genetics are not bad, way above average.

Of course it's not completely random and in general most will look similar to their parents, but regardless there are pretty obvious aberrations when it comes to looks and it isn't clear cut. I'd say his mom probably looked good but his dad never did.

Anyways, as long as you are looks pilled you should know that enviroment matters a lot as well. Biggest thing is making sure your kid is active, NT, and fed a whole food diet high in foods that require a lot of chewing.

I agree.
The uncertainty factor, the random recombination factor is also significant. Which can cause looks changes.

The luck factor is significant.
Environment matters also significantly.

I think 3 factors matter significant in how one will look. All equal factors probably:
1. Parents looks
2. Random recombination, luck or bad luck, factor.
3. Environment (food, care, medical support, etc..)

This is one of those cases where you have pretty much nothing to gain from being honest but you have alot to lose (she will look at you very differently if she realizes you got surgery.)

don't tell her anything! All your friends will know about it and judge you.
You should grow a beard before the surgery.
The facial hair will cover your bloated face and will let people forget how your lower third looked, so they won't notice the change.
Personally I would keep the beard at least three months after the surgery
