Depends on how recessed or how flat it is. If it starts affecting your front profile (visibly recessed jaw from the front or bad undereye support), then you are cooked. But otherwise its a case by case situation

At the moment you can get a bimax for lower and implants for the upper maxilla. That should at least fraud a decent maxilla ?

Implants don’t do shit if you have recession of the nasal base. Sure you can say it’s not part of the upper maxilla but for all intents and purposes it is.

It seems like you can’t do much with the upper maxilla barring some extreme surgery. Bimax would help with lower.

It does but its not very noticeable. It gives you a lower fwhr so its mostly prettyboys who can get away with it. But as soon as your mandible is visibly recessed from the front, its over

It’s only anything to worry about if you have an underbite and/or nasolabial folds. This is the most overrated flaw in PSL history. Recessed mandible and chin is way worse.
