How badly can an edge-to-edge bite affect my face?

I discovered/confirmed this problem today, I don't know if it was amplified by the wisdom teeth, but I already feel that my jaw and left teeth are not in harmony with the rest of my mouth.
It doesn't seem as harmful to me as a deep bite.

Good, but I'm going to need to have them removed because they're almost forming a spectacular 90 degree angle against my other teeth
