How badly does bloat descend you guys

Ive been very bloated lately because I’ve been ldaring and eating like shit (because it’s over)

In the spring I used to eat 1500 calories per day, I would starve 24/7, and I’d say I looked a little better

Honestly my face gets bloated so easily I kind of look like an old man if I have more than 1500 calories

I get morning puffiness no matter what, and it is the worse thing ever, i can't leave home for 2 hours after i wake up because bloating descends me at an astronomical level

i mean i don’t think it’s possible to get bloated from eating chicken or fish lol, they’re very lean animal foods

i haven’t had processed food since 2020 ish

I never get bloated. The thing is the human face is always bloated because of carbs, water, sodium and what not. I feel like people over exaggerate it then harm their body by taking dieretics

i did for a while but chicken & fish taste a lot better

i would eat meat if it wasn’t cooked but in cali they only sell frozen meat so it can’t be eaten raw

but instead i drink coconut water & eat grapes
