Apparently dairy (namely milk) is shit for your skin. If this is true I am on hell mode. My nickname at school is “milkchugger” and I’m literally known for an autistic fixation with drinking milk. I NEVER drink water, only milk, root beer, and orange juice basically. I probably drink near a gallon a day. Unsurprisingly, I have acne. Will not drinking milk be worth it or is it cope? I am willing to cut down on it if it will actually help
