How beneficial have you found good sleep to be for mental health?

not that effective, I can have a good sleep but the day before if i was sad I'll wake up sad even if had a good night, same if I'm angry or happy:owo:

going to sleep, when I'm sleepy af tbh, idc if I sleep with a messy bed, or new sheets or whatever, it doesn't affect me, but when I'm very sleepy I usually sleep better

So you don't even know what good sleep means. You could get sleepy at 3am doesn't mean it's good sleep

yea I know but I don't care about sleep that much, like if I have a shitty night I don't really mind it, I don't focus on it:p
 
Good sleep is amazing for mental health, you may not feel much of a difference but waking up tired will weigh you down so much, and if you decide to maintain a good sleep schedule you'll consistently be more happy than if you didn't.
