I think there might be more extremely goodlooking people than we're aware of, with some choosing to avoid the spotlight.

But percentage wise, in the entire western world, how many legitimately flawless chads with moviestar tier looks, do you think exist?

Less than 1% overall including all races in the US. I went to a upper class white high school for 2 years and there were 1-2 Chads per grade of 200 boys each. So around 1.5% for the 18-22 age group of white men and even less after that since most will become fat and/or bald.
