How big of a deficit can I be in without nuking test

Need to leanmaxx over the next 70 days before school starts, trying to lose like 20 - 25 lbs. I have no access to peps. Would a 800 cal deficit be too much? If im eating bodyweight in carbs and protein, lifting 4x a week and doing LISS cardio 4x a week, and 10k steps a day. 9 hours sleep every day.

Also would HIIT cardio mog LISS cardio for leanmaxxing
im an iqlet ive never gotten this big normally i stay in shape for basketball season but let myself go due to studying

I am 16 but my bone age is like 17 and im pretty sure my growth plates are closed. Also im taking copium daily and it seems that the asian foids in my area dont care about height at all like BELIEVE ME

500-600 caloric deficit is good, maintain fucking protein and workout. HIIT is best for lean maxxing. But LISS is easier and more enjoyable
