How big of a difference does eye color make?

Would a 4 PSL person get 0.1-0.2 added to their PSL just because of blue or green eyes and would a person with brown eyes lose 0.1-0.2 from their PSL?

huge difference if you have bulging eyes good colour can save it.
If you have high PSL eyes then negligible

It makes a lot of difference. It would add more than 1 psl, because it covers up everything else imo.

Yes and no I guess. I would say people like bojack and chico have way less appeal with light eyes. But people like matt bomer and sean would look worse with brown. Kinda just depends on how it all comes together I guess if that makes sense?
