Is it a huge failo?

Its actually ideal, if your body is 8 heads long. So if you 190 cms, your head ideally should be like 23.75 cms long(for example, average if 7.5 heads long body and head size is 22.8 cms for men). Smaller head(on tall body, especially legs) - taller in photos. Id say its gonna be failo only if u r ugly or head 20< cms long.
