unnoticeable to most people. i have almost similar ptosis but even the biggest autists on this forum haven't been able to spot it in full face pictures. for context they noticed the -2 degree nct on my right eye.

get the surgery! the eyes are the part of the face that we pay the most attention to. even very mild ptosis is instantly noticeable
