Whatever an ugly man does is wrong. I self-deprecated way too much but then just came across as insecure and even more subhuman. Then I tried to over-compensate and just came across as arrogant. Arrogance + sub humanity = cringe + even more subhuman.

Then I figured out a happy medium and now I am just an invisible subhuman, with all of the embarrassing past experiences to haunt my subhumanity forever
