How big of a falio are neck folds like Tiafoe's? I have these and pretty much stuck with long hairstyles.

Lol, I don't care about getting rid of them. It'd probably take surgery and I'm not that desperate. It's just a weird thing to see and I wanna know if other people see it as weird too
