I don’t think his cheekbones are that low, but you can still make things work with a skull like his.

Not giga wide, but possibly his fHWR is too low but It doesnt look bad, It is better than a horseface for sure

His cheekbones are lower than depp for example so I would say lower than medium set, you can see how it negatively affects the sides of his forehead and makes a peanut shape
