this is from the german bureau of statistics (look at "Körpergröße in cm") the median is 181.1 cm(almolst 6ft)

and mind you, 35% of 18yo in Germany are people from subpar races which depicts that pure german people are even taller on average

This doesn’t prove anything, and a self reported study isn’t strong enough evidence to back up ur anecdote. 6ft in the west is listed at around 14% or higher of people.
