Pretty sure these two would have the exact same skin colour under similar lighting so if someone could photoshop the left pic (to exclude his terrible frame and make his skin look smoother) then they'd be on the same level. The right pic has lighting, angle, and photoshop so it's not fair to compare but I think when it comes to darker skin it's the undertone that can make or break you.
