Do you have a side profile picture? You are maybe still able to do a lot with skeletal orthodontic intervention at that age, and how bad is the overbite? It looks like the overbite is big from the front meaning insurance might even cover it.

Dont worry. You are still 14 so you can still fix a lot but you have to be quik. Get a RPE and herbst appliance combined, i would normaly recommend a slow expander (haas type) since it gives more real bone expansion instead of teeth tipping. but since your 14 the quiker the better. You mouth looks narrow meaning your palate is probaly too narrow. Overbite can be corrected with the herbst appliance very effectively fixing your recessed mandible. Since your 14 both these things will still work, but dont wait to long. Your maxilla looks decently forward grown based on the front (also reason you have an overbite) a mandible that matched it would make you ascend a lot. The palate expander might also help with your negative cantalt tilt, since your zygos will increase they might be able to lift your outer eye corner. Please make a ortho apointment and never never let them use camouflage methodes, like extracting teeth etc. Go to a real orthodontist

Just tell your parent to get you a herbst x RPE. Maybe larp to them about breathing issues, do anything to get it. At later age you will most likely need surgery because you are almost guaranteed to get sleep apnea if you dont fix it rn.
