His Maxilla first of all isn't even that recessed im guessing you like most people dont understand what the Maxilla
actually is because if it were recessed ipso facto he would not have as good a forward growth as he does

Bad Maxilla = Poor forward growth

Good Maxilla = Strong Forward Growth

Steven James the British Model guy is a rare example of someone with a recessed Maxilla that still Mogs due
to having a Robust Skull and Strong Jaw combined with High Cheekbones,similar to the kid you posted except
without the Cheekbones

Its often been said in lookism spaces that Maxilla is the most important Bone in the face even I have said this
also but the more Ive come to think of it I would probably say High Cheekbones and Jaw are the most important
second only to Eye Area
 
Robert Patterson Batman dude has a poor maxilla too just has the features to cover it
