How can I accept that my looks gone from 7 to probably subh tier advice

I usually I’m very driven and goal oriented and motivated
But since these happened
Lost muscle gained fat
Orthodontist fucked up my bite palate narrowed
My front theeth stick out now
Hairline receded
Skin collagen gone

High cortisol , they do test of Cushing syndrome

What can I do ?
Moneymaxx and focus on school till I have the money to fix everything ?
I don’t want to give up
I know deep down I’m a warrior

But I got traumatized from all these experiences

Okay brother , basically i got suicidal I started praying to allah
I only stay inside and don’t get out anymore I started criying and thinking of the days were girls were all over me

Burgers and great food and weed and mc Donald’s
And alcohol and smoking
Stop talking to people and hide myself

Or :
Stay virgin
Increase my money and finances and get surgeries and still do the basic looksmaxxes like gym and trt maybe continuing trt
Till I am able to avoid surgeries
And 5-10years later enjoy

Brother the pain is huge I lost my identity , I usually always have clinical depression but now i realized what truly deep depression is I cant shower properly anymore or it takes 2 hours
I somehow still can’t choose the first option
I will try everything and pray to god
If nothing happens what I want
After few years I will let go

It doesn't matter much when you realize you'll be dead in a couple of decades anyway haha you'll return to dust and cease to exist forever. If it wasn't for the things you've gone through that caused your looks to prematurely fade you'd eventually lose it to aging anyway and if you're that invested in it you'd still be depressed. And time goes by too fast being so upset over these things when nothing lasts forever is not worth it. You have to take the grand scheme of things into account.

I had a gap on the lower theeth mandible he tries to close that
But he done a rapid maxillary expansion which improved my looks a ton then it relapsed and he gave me invisaligner to tip my Buccal teeth inward so the bite meets
My arch was 48 mm and lips wide and maxilla forward with the mandible
Wide cheekbones and wider face
Now my front theeth look bucked and stick out a bit and while maxilla is vertical
And no more under eye support and fine lines and philtrum length increased
My eyes look tired now and I can’t close my lips properly and mandible is set back and I have to tilt my neck forward it compensate which also causes sloping forehead

Personally I dont care much about what people say because I have a hard time thinking of humans as important haha especially when you're dealing with insignificant average joes. I look at the universe and how huge it is and it makes me think that a single species on a planet that makes up a minuscule amount of the whole thing doesn't really matter.
