i hate my lips in front and side too they are weird as fuck what surgery can fix it? Here is my unfrauded side without mewing and shit (i will fix hyoid skin thats the only thing i can fix and my skin):

Pretty much yea, but of course, when you consult with an orthodontist he'll give you the appropriate treatment. But do be careful about procedures that might recess you.
