your early childhood mattered the most but in puberty eat alot of animal products (not just muscle meat but organs shellfish egg yolks gelatin dairy colostrum ) raw, fermented and cooked meat, no seed oil and processed food

9 hours sleep

do lsd once

take hgh and a million supplements such as d3 k2 magnesium if you can

eat alot of calories but exercise alot to burn them to keep a low bodyfat percentage

Perfect nutrition, IGF-maxing and testosterone-maxing.
That's a great place to start.

Should I contact a professional nutritionist? Bc I don't have the faintest idea what "perfect nutrition" is and if so, is a sports nutritionist better? I hope I'm not overcomplicating things. And about IGF-maxing and testosterone-maxing, do I do some blood work first or do I just get a stack and that's it? I'm going to start training too much (obviously without overtraining, but I'm going to implement H.I.I.T) and prioritize sleep quality.

I was thinking about buying a multivitamin, but I was wondering what is the RDI of K2/D3 should be to know if it could cover my dose or not. Also, how can I tell my mom to stop using seed oils for food? And in any case, how should olive/coconut/avocado oil be used? And about processed food, I think my face is puffy because I usually eat chips and bread almost daily. Sodas, chocolates, cookies, etc. I don't frequent them.

Not if you don't seriously wish, just learn about nutrition and rigorously keep track of it. A "perfect" nutrition is just a diet that gives you everything your body needs everyday and is biocompatible, meaning it doesn't have harmful ingredients. Use MyFitnessPal or https://cronometer.com/

Tracking is a big plus but as long as you know the things you're taking works, in most cases you don't really have to do it...
A lot of the questions you have can be found online, you know.

So I can live quietly bulking for the moment, making sure with Myfitnesspal I reach the necessary calories, covering all the macronutrients and vitamins / minerals by supplementing myself?

Chronometer seems better than MyFitnessPal in my opinion but yes
