Should I contact a professional nutritionist? Bc I don't have the faintest idea what "perfect nutrition" is and if so, is a sports nutritionist better? I hope I'm not overcomplicating things. And about IGF-maxing and testosterone-maxing, do I do some blood work first or do I just get a stack and that's it? I was thinking about buying a multivitamin, but I was wondering what is the RDI of K2/D3 should be to know if it could cover my dose or not. Also, how can I tell my mom to stop using seed oils for food? And in any case, how should olive/coconut/avocado oil be used? And about processed food, I think my face is puffy because I usually eat chips and bread almost daily. Gh increases igf and insulin increases igf. While gh is released in the body, insulin cannot be released. Then why don't we increase insulin when we want to maximize our height potential. Tracking is a big plus but as long as you know the things you're taking works, in most cases you don't really have to do it...
