how can i achieve david laid physique?

im 14 and ive been working out for a month i know its gonna take around 3 years to get the david laid physique but what im the most scared of is if im doing the right excersises and i was just wondering if someone can just like give me the david laid workout plan or something similar

His genetics played a huge factor as-well ngl you have to put in serious work though good luck

there aint rlly a certain workout but if you want to know what he did, he mostly did compound exercises like deadlifts, bench, and squats but if you want to build more muscle overall just get a muscle anatomy chart and workout along the fibers of the muscle in a contracting manour.

For example, the lat connects to the upper arm and lower back, so to activate the lat you have to pull your arm down, you cant purely just only activate the lat, the traps, rhomboids and even your biceps and rear delts will all be in action but the main load will be on the lats.


just apply that knowledge to every other muscle and youll be alr and dont even think abou hopping on gear untill your at minimum 15 or 16, but to truly be safe just stay natty.

fyi david laid isnt natty and he has crazy genes

If he didint take steroids his genetics would look fucking avarage. Nigga took everything to reach fucking 200 lbs be at 6'3
