How can I achieve hollow cheeks at 12% bf

How can I finally achieve hollow cheeks here's some context, I am around 12% bf, 16, had orthodontics done, also on hgh which bloated me (2nd pic). But I wanted to know what is my cheek fullness caused by, fat, bones, or bloat. I am currently taking potassium chloride every day and consistently going to the gym as well but I still have a subhuman lower third although fairly good forward growth. Any advice appreciated! I am not looking for a rate or u to comment on how I look just advice.
