I need more forward growth can anyone please give any tips. I just turned 17 but somehow I am still in the middle of puberty so is there anything I can do to get any growth. I am willing to follow any strict diet or routine just please help my side profile kinda sucks.

most you can do is premolar chewing and constant proper tongue posture but it won’t make much of a difference

Nope they are still open. I got an injury in my hip a couple of months ago and took that as a chance to see if they were still open and they were. Dudes can’t better themselves nowadays without getting called a grey or tiktokcel like God forbid I want some self improvement.

Surgery like a bi/trimax would be the most effective, and you could potentially try thumbpulling (not sure if this works but perhaps worth a shot) and mew, it doesn't give you forward growth, but it prevents downward growth.
