Hard to say, just wait and see. The best way to get your desired hair is just going to an exceptional barber, though. You can basically get whatever cut there is to get.

Step 1: Be blond.
Step 2: Grow the top out longer so it can flow down (but make it so the sides don't come down further than the top).
