I am very broke rn and I am saving for reta, but in the mean while I keep eating junk and idk how to stop being a fatcel, can yall give me some tips?

Intermittent fasting is goated

Drink some coffee

Being lean feels better than any food tastes

i would say to get on test - it gives similar fat burning results and builds muscle

drink hella water
eat only potatoes as carb source
track calories
30min incline treadmill every single day

also how the fuck can you eat junk shitty food, once you stop eating it shit actually disgusts you

I already do, i wanna rope but i cant give up yet
if U are 15 then maybe kinda too early to pin shit, i would advice u to just start going to gym and learn staying consistent with training and diet, then look into research chemicals. But you do you, i've experimented with sarms and peptides since like 14 so can't blame u for wanna try it.

also try to get external motivation, first time I ever lost weight is when I challenge my friend who can lose more weight in a month, and my ass wasn't gonna lose to that chud.
you can try to tell your family or people around you, it'll be kinda embarassing but that's what you need to stick to it then why not

Thats not what the literature shows.

If exogenous test increased your BMR by 40-50% nobody would use DNP
