How can I apply minoxidil in the morning?

I apply 0,2 ml of 5% Minoxidil on each eyebrow, yet i always do it at night cuz 30 minutes after applying the areas turns thick and white and it looks like an allergic reaction. I dont feel any discomfort it just turns white as if the skin is shedding.
How can I apply in the morning without this happening and am I the only one experiencing this?

I am also applying minox on my eyebrows at night but, not experiencing the sides you are.

probably b5 serum or glycerine 30 min after applying

or switch to foam it might be from propelyne glycol instead of alcohol
