How can I ascend 15m 5’9-5’11

I’m trying to leanmax rn going gym 5 times a week then doing cardio for an hour eating in a 500 cal deficit also on Reta also did order tesa and ipa so yeh i would like some advice on how to ascend other then leanmax, my hair on this pic is a lil bit messy also a bit bloated

bro ur not bloated u are fatty
don't leanmaxx with a calorie deficit
eat actual food like meat and a lot of protein... eating less will literally do nothing, and you will stunt your growth
and don't sit like a lazy fuck, make sure in the gym you go for hypertrophy games and hit 10k steps daily

dont buy peptides for the gym unless they are for weightloss they dont do anything, if you wanna gymmaxx the quickest way is to hop on roids otherwise just stick to reta and yeah for now your main priority should be getting as lean as possible

Yes rn my split is pplxuux im trying to focus on my chest and back and I aim to hit 150-200g of protein a day

That's 1 example from 1 surgeon from 1 industry of 1 category of surgery

frank also went too far. He got inframalar implants, both upper/lower blepharoplasties, and 2 wall decompression [medial/lateral] which the medial decompression was the most severe part

Clean shave, 8 hours of sleep daily, vitamins in, gym, 10k steps, lean meat and eat healthy is 75% of the max you can achieve with just softmaxing
