Im gonna supplement zinc mag and omega 3 fats, eat a lb of chicken and a cup of uncooked rice with a cup of broccoli everyday with my protein drink and protein bar, along side fruits like oranges apples strawberries and blueberriesat 16 percent if ur bones arent prominent then your boneless except if u carry a lot od fat in your face genetically so idk
