I really hate to say hardmaxxes as first advice buy genuinely rhino is only thing that could help. It doesn't look like the nose size is caused by facial recessions but its hard to tell.

Rating id say maybe high ltn since everything else looks good but the yam is just holding you back. Rhino alone would ascend you to hmtn or htn.
