You look really bad men,try to lose bf,go to the gym and start taking accutane(make a research about this),train neck and get a buzz cause your hair looks unhealthy af.Start eating well in animal based diet.After cleaning your skin think about getting surgeries

Yeah man your're right there is toxicity man like some guy told me to ropemaxxing like genuinely that is fucked I mean I just wanted tips like skincare and how to get lean and like getting tanned like that man like debloat ing.
