Yes, get surgery to look less Indian. Under eye implants(or fillers first to check how it looks) and buccal fat removal are a start.

You aren't rateable, because you're Indian. In the west even Indian Chads are invisible due to their race failo, while in India looks don't matter much since you can just arrange a marriage.
If you live in the west, your first priority will be to erase the Indian features, you probably won't look 100% white but even looking just vaguely ethnic is a huge improvement, you could then easily larp as a Latino, Arab, Med, anything but Indian.
