Have been feeling like shit about myself and want to finally do something about it. I am hoping the masterminds here can put me on the right path.
What I’ve tried
-Thumb pulling, daily for 3 months
-Skin care. Currently use a facial cleanser and beef tallow moisturizer twice daily
-Diet. I’ve cut out all processed food, processed sugar, and seed oils for the past 3 months. Besides a minor slip up here and there to not look weird in social settings, I’ve been locked.
-Gym. I’ve been going consistently for the past couple years
