yo im fonna be honest, u ahve potential. Ur only 14 ur face is not yet develiopoed. Just lead a healthy lifestyle and do sports and eat healthy prefrebaly all whole foods and come back when ur like 16 or 17

but i just feel way more energy, and everything just feels nicer, like muscle wise too. getting stronger is addicting too.

i can function of way less sleep, and my sleep is better
