how tall are you?
he is 5'9 at 14, he will easily be 6foot+ if he continues normal growth

You can't conclude that just based on his current height. I was just about 5'11 at 14 and "only" grew to roughly 6'1.
Height growth isnt linear, yeah its not unlikely that he will reach 6ft at 18+ but not guaranteed

What would you do / should I do?

Take estrogen blocker and some growth antagonist like I previously mentioned. You can look up Heightmaxxing on the forum a lot of it is bullshit but the basis on what's its thought of (aka blocking/reducing estrogen in puberty+ increasing growth factors) is true and is also a typical treatment for children/teens with idiopathic short Stature.
