yeah use it and check if it has 20mg isotret. one thing about isotret is when you start taking it, your acne is gonna flare up like crazy. i had huge and i mean HUGE pimples erupting it was really bad but now its all gone in like two-three weeks. your lips are gonna start cracking like hell and your hair will also shed but all that is temporary.

While on isotret you MUST use
- Strong Sunscreen, DONT STEP IN THE SUN WITHOUT SUNSCREEN
- Good Moisturizer
- Lip Balm
- Don't consume anything that will harm your liver like alcohol

Also to Reduce your acne or to at least keep it stable, start using
- Creams with Clindamycin on only on acne
- Azelaic Acid 20% to help with spots on full face after you apply Clindamycin
- Use Niacinamide

Stir away from these stuff while your on isotret
- Benzoyl Peroxide
- Tretinoin
- Topical Retinoids in general

Keep your diet healthy don't eat goyslop and stay hydrated
